MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products, including extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: Americas, EMEA, APAC, China.
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Business Development Manager (BDM) in Poland.
This role will drive strategic initiatives, secure Design Win opportunities, and foster strong relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and distributors, with a clear focus on Discrete Semiconductor products (Diodes, MOSFETs, BJTs, IGBTs, SiC Technology, TVS & ESD protection Diodes). - What you will do:
Responsibility · Develop and execute business plans aligned with organizational goals and KPIs
· Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to guide business strategies and product development initiatives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners while safeguarding the company's interests and objectives.
· Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies
· Manage a portfolio of automotive accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction
· Represent MCC at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- What you will bring:
Education Background/ Major Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering Experience (Must) Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive business development within the semiconductor industry Knowledge (Must) Good understanding of different types of power semiconductors (IGBT, MOSFET, Diodes) and experience in selection of devices for different automotive applications.
Proven track record of securing Design Wins and driving revenue growthAbilities/Qualities Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Bilingual proficiency preferred (Secondary: English)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as neededSkills/Certifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce CRM software; experience with data analysis and market research tools is a plus. - Why Join MCC:
