   Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products (Small Signal devices), including extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: China, Americas, EMEA, APAC. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for discrete components (Small Signal Devices) who is based in these regions (preferrable).

2. What will you do:

   Responsibility

   Work tasks and content: l   Participate in the formulation of the company's medium and long-term strategic planning. l   To come out product strategy and Roadmap, ensuring product specs are aligned with market needs and company annual business goals. l   Conducting market research to understand market trends, customers needs and competitive landscape. l   Collaborating with the Product engineering team and R&D design teams to define product specifications and oversee the development process. l   Planning and executing new product introduction, including marketing and sales strategies. l   NPI project schedule tracking, product promotion, and highlight on the product key specs, features and helping on providing technical content to support digital marketing activities. l   Product cost management. To ensure product cost is competitive to win market shares. l   Key customers engagement. Involve on product and pricing support for key customers. l   Product lifecycle management. l   Cross functional team collaboration between Sales, FAE, Marketing, Supply Chain and Quality Department.

    

3. What will you bring:

   Education Background/ Major	Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or semiconductors;
   Experience (Must)	More than 5 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry.
   Knowledge (Must)	l   Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.); l   Familiar with the specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products;
   Abilities/Qualities	l   Proficient in using office software; l   Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; l   Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why and other quality tools; l   Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP.
   Skills/Certifications	l   Proficient in project and personnel management, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills; l   Market and customer communication skills;
