Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team as a full-time remote worker. As an Account Manager DACH, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling MCC's portfolio of discrete semiconductor products to customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be responsible for selling products to established customers and identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand MCC's customer base in the DACH region. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and manage the full sales cycle for MCC's DACH customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Channel partners and identify new business opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within the DACH region
• Must be based in Germany
